Privacy
This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how cookie preferences work. Last updated: 2026-05-07.
What we collect
- Account details you provide (e.g. email, and optional profile information).
- Booking details (vehicle, branches, dates/times, selected options, totals, and booking status).
- Payment and verification metadata (for example transfer references and verification timestamps). We do not store full payment instrument details.
- Driver information entered during booking (name and limited optional fields) used for operational checks.
- Operational logs used for security, fraud prevention, and debugging.
How we use your data
- Provide and support the booking flow (availability, pricing preview, booking management).
- Verify payments and deposits (including reconciling transfer references where applicable).
- Prevent abuse and protect accounts (rate limiting, audit trails, and security monitoring).
- Improve the product (only using analytics/marketing data if you consent to those categories).
Cookies and preferences
We use essential cookies required for sign-in, security, and core booking workflows. Optional analytics and marketing cookies (if enabled) are off by default unless you opt in.
You can change your choices at any time using the Cookie settings link in the site footer.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Nai's Car Rental (for example, hosting and email), and with payment providers only when online card payments are enabled. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention and deletion
Account deletion deactivates your customer login and signs out active sessions. It does not physically delete historical booking, payment, or audit records needed to operate the service and meet legal/operational obligations (for example, dispute handling and audit trails).
If you register again with the same email, the new account starts with a separate customer booking history. If you have a privacy request, contact support via the Contact page.
Note: This page is designed for clarity in an RC environment and should be reviewed by counsel before a production launch.
