These terms describe the rules for using Nai's Car Rental and making bookings. They’re written for clarity (not as legal advice). Last updated: 2026-06-06.
Service overview
Nai's Car Rental provides a booking flow for reserving rental vehicles at participating branches. Availability is enforced by the backend and overlapping bookings for the same vehicle are rejected.
Bookings and confirmation
A booking may be created as Pending and becomes Confirmed when the required payment or deposit is verified.
If a required payment/deposit is not received by the deadline shown at checkout, the booking may expire and be cancelled so the vehicle can be released back to availability.
Payments
Payment options vary by branch and may include:• Pay at desk (may require a deposit to reserve)
• Bank transfer / mobile money (submit a transfer reference for verification)
• Online card payment (only where enabled)
A booking is paid either by one exact payment for the full booking total, or by one exact deposit followed by one exact final payment for the complete remainder. We do not accept arbitrary partial payments, repeated instalments, a third successful payment, or payment above the booking total.
The exact deposit and final amount are calculated in the booking currency and shown before payment. A submitted transfer reference does not confirm the booking until it is verified. A refund is handled as a separate audited process and does not reopen the booking for another payment.
For transfer/mobile payments, you must provide the transaction reference shown by your bank/app. We store the reference and verification timestamps to reconcile the booking.
We do not store full payment instrument details (for example, full card numbers). If online card payments are enabled, they are processed by a third-party payment provider.
Cancellations and refunds
Customer cancellations are available before pickup time. After pickup time, cancellation must be handled by support.
Refund tiers (before pickup)
- Within 15 minutes of booking creation: 0% fee (100% refund).
- 24+ hours before pickup: 0% fee (100% refund).
- 2–24 hours before pickup: 10% fee (90% refund).
- Less than 2 hours before pickup: 25% fee (75% refund).
Fees/refunds are calculated against the amount recorded as paid for the booking.
Where a refund is due, we aim to return funds to the original payment method when possible. In some cases, we may instead issue a voucher/credit (for example, as a goodwill gesture or where a cash refund isn’t practical). Refund timing depends on the payment method and banking rails.
Pickup, returns, and responsibilities
- Bring a valid driver’s licence and any ID required by the branch’s local policy.
- Minimum age and licence requirements may vary by vehicle category.
- Late returns, damages, cleaning, and fines may result in additional charges according to branch policy.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Nai's Car Rental is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will always be error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nai's Car Rental will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking (or, if nothing was paid, a reasonable amount reflecting the service provided).
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
